The sunrise and the view from the house is absolutely amazing, something you never get tired of seeing!!The place feels super private, which made us feel totally at ease and relaxed the whole time. Waking up to that view and the sound of the ocean was truly unforgettable!

Simply perfect! The house exceeded all expectations: spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The ocean view is breathtaking, waking up to the sound of the waves was an unforgettable experience. The location is excellent, with direct beach access and plenty of privacy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host was attentive and helpful in every detail. Without a doubt, it’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and create unforgettable memories. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was great. My wife, kids and I loved the ocean views, private pool, and spa. The beach felt exclusive, and the kids loved the pool waterfall features. Grill and modern kitchen allowed for great home-cooked meals along with comfy beds, great views, and all the featured amenities. We’ll definitely book here again!

Noticed the attention to details from the minute we entered the large private parking , inviting and well lit secured oasis, we felt stress melting away with every breaking wave hitting the sandy shores, the home is professionally staged all new home with all the dream accommodation you can dream off that a beach home should have, the host attention to details is world class kind and responsible best restaurant recommendations ever, the pool is amazing the hot tub , the path to the beach even the beach chairs and children’s beach toys are placed perfectly along the path, three wash station as you return from the sandy beach and the outdoor bath access makes this the ideal luxury family reunion with both homes are there for larger families to stay near each other, a true slice of heaven on Melbourne Beach .

BEST AirBnB experience we have EVER had! Home feels brand new, meticulously clean. Beautifully decorated by not at all cluttered - plenty of space for our stuff when we arrived! PERFECT backyard pool and spa - plenty of shade, and the hot tub heats to temp within 1 hour! Amazing! Kitchen was AMAZING - well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Craig’s book of instructions and recommendations was soooooo helpful!! Private beach access right across the street - and in an area of the beach with no hotels - we hardly had any company, no crowds!! Condo is split into two homes (like a duplex) but we had every bit of privacy needed and hardly heard a peep from next door. Home is well insulated, amazing AC, PLENTY of living space for a big family. SOOOOO impressed! Can’t wait to come back!!

The Beach Haven was the best home I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail has been thought out and Craig did a phenomenal job designing, decorating and building this house. The Location is priceless!! You are across the street from the beautiful Paradise beach which is private with a cute little walkway that takes you right there in the matter of minutes. My family of 6 had an amazing time on the beach and mostly relaxing at the amazing pool and hot tub in the backyard or just hanging playing games and watching movies upstairs in the oversized recreation room that led to a peaceful balcony with ocean views. I can’t say enough about this place except I’ll be booking again for next year ahead of time! Thanks Craig for a great vacation!

Beach Haven is the place to stay! Wonderful location, perfectly decorated, super clean, very spacious and directly across the street from semi-private beach access. I had the pleasure of hunkering down in the new construction with 4 adults and 2 children during Hurricane Milton so we took advantage of every square inch of the dwelling since the weather wasn’t optimal. The kids enjoyed the Pool/Spa, 1 minute walk to the beach and the bonus “movie” room upstairs. The adults were entertained on the pool patio, upstairs balcony and spacious kitchen that has everything you will need. Craig and Doreen were wonderful hosts offering clear House Rules/Instructions and quick response times during our vacation stay. Above all, then were genuinely concerned for the well being of my family and made sure all of our wants and needs were met before, during and after Milton. Thank you!!

One of our best vacations yet! Craigs place was beautiful and accommodated us very well. There are 2 living room type spaces and a large balcony. The pool and hot tub were great. The pool is a little on the small side but worked very well for our group of 4 adults with 2 grandchildren under 5 years of age. The house is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. You do have to cross a 4 lane to get to the beach but it is a quick walk just over the road and we didn't have any trouble crossing right by the house. The interior is beautiful, comfortable, and they didn't skimp on quality. Craig was responsive to all of our questions and requests. He had items like sand toys, boogie boards etc that we would not have been able to bring on the flight available to us. The little city of Melbourne has restaurants, shopping and I would have liked to have spent more time there. Very highly recommend. The nicest airbnb we have stayed in. would definitely return.

Craig and Doreen have an absolute gem in Indiatlantic/Melbourne! The house is gorgeous inside and out, and the location to not only the beach, but plenty of food and entertainment is nothing short of phenomenal. This is our second time using their home. We stayed on the Beach Haven side last year, and the Sea Haven side is just as nice. The private pool/spa was a hit with our kids, and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful for adults. We watched nightly movies in the upstairs living space, and enjoyed mornings on the walkout patio. Everything about our stay was remarkable. Caught and Doreen are also wonderful hosts. Everything was exactly as they described, and checking in and out was simple. They even accommodated some changes to our stay dates, which was incredible! We will definitely be back! Book this one with complete confidence!

Beautiful townhouse! Each unit was the size of a single home and each place had its own private pool/spa. There were people next door but we didn’t hear a single peep. Pictures don’t do it justice, the place was amazing. High ceilings, 8’ doors throughout, king beds in every room, bathrooms everywhere, quick walk to the beach across the street, and beautifully decorated. You can tell Craig takes pride in this place, it was built well. There were also nice amenities in the house; plenty of towels, toiletries, pots, pans, dishes, etc. We were only there ten minutes and my wife said 'We have to book this place every year!'. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
