We hope you enjoyed your stay, and we kindly ask you to follow these steps to ensure a smooth check-out by 10 AM.

Check-Out Procedure

Details

You will receive an automated message from the host with detailed check-out instructions.

Check-Out

Please depart by 10 AM or earlier to allow time for cleaning.

Sweep Sand

Broom clean the home to remove any sand for a tidy departure.

Clean Dishes

Wash and put away all dishes to keep the kitchen neat.

Empty Fridge

Remove all food and items from the refrigerator.

Empty Trash

Empty trash and recycling into the bins on the north side of the home, and transfer to the dumpster if full.

Handle Linens

Place used towels and linens in the laundry bins, start a load of all sheets, and leave blankets, comforters, and pillows on the beds.

TV Remotes

Place each labeled remote back to its corresponding TV, Velcro’d to the bottom right corner of the screen.

Furniture

Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to their original locations. Close the pool umbrella and return beach chairs, umbrellas, and other peripherals to their designated storage areas.

Clean Grille

Clean the BBQ grill, let it cool, and re-cover it for the next guests. 

Power Down

Switch off all lights, fans, TVs, and extra appliances before leaving.

Turn off AC

Using the remote mounted to the wall, please power off the split-zone AC unit in the sun room.

Secure Home

Lock all doors, windows, and sliders to ensure the home is safe and secure for the next guests

Report Damage

Please inform the host immediately of any damage that occurred during your stay.
