Garbage & Recycling
Proper disposal is important to keep our property clean and environmentally friendly. Especially because we are located on Sea Turtle nesting grounds, it is paramount that trash is always thrown away and not left on or around the beach and ocean.
Schedule
Waste is collected twice weekly (likely Wednesdays & Saturdays) for trash, and Thursdays for recycling/yard waste, but it's best to use the Waste Management (WM) website for your exact schedule and holiday adjustments. Please make sure you bring all trash/recycling to their respective bins before pick up days. Trash bins have green tops and recycling bins have yellow tops.
Collection
We have a collection service that will bring the bins to the curb before trash pick up and then bring them back afterward. You do not need to move the bins. If the collection service does not move the bins to and from the curb during your stay please inform your hosts.
Check Out
Please ensure all trash and recycling are placed in bins when you check out, do not leave any trash inside the property.
