We hope you enjoy your stay in our brand new home: The perfect place to enjoy a family vacation, girls getaway or perhaps a longer stay if you are working in our nearby space and defense industries. This neighborhood is extremely safe, quiet, and within walking distance to our favorite restaurant for sunset dinner on the river: Coconut Cove Cafe.

 

The home is ideal for a relaxing getaway for a family, extended family or friends traveling together. Enjoy the private pool, spa, grill, outdoor games and of course, the private beach! There is a convenient Publix located a 2 minute drive up the street for a wide selection of groceries, great sub sandwiches for the beach and sand toys, boogie boards and fishing equipment for the kids. Melbourne Beach Supermarket is a family-owned market that offers fresh local produce, health foods, a great selection of craft beer and wine, delicious deli, pizza and unique international finds. Jungle Organic Restaurant and Market on A1A has great organic options, raw dairy, kombuchas on tap and higher end items.
